Central Government appoints the 1st day of May, 2016, the date on which some sections of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016), will come into force.

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 26th April , 2016

S.O. 1544(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of May, 2016 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely:–
